Shipping & Returns
It is our job here at Wellborn 2R Ranch to make sure that you, our customers, are 100% happy with our products. Please know that our items are made from the best quality of raw materials and that those materials can change from season to season based on environmental elements.
We take great pride in ensuring the integrity of our meat. We use the best packing materials and inserts to make sure your product arrives in optimal condition and use delivery methods accordingly.
All orders of $150 or more ship for FREE to Texas and Oklahoma. Orders of $150 or more qualify for discounted flat rate shipping of $30.
Orders less than $150 will pull real-time shipping rates and will vary depending on address and time of year.
All shipping costs and available shipping discounts are calculated and assigned on a per address basis. On single orders shipping to multiple recipients, each shipping address will need to meet the minimum $150 to qualify for discounts.
If, by chance, you receive an item that is not “up to par,” we want to hear about it! Your satisfaction is what we strive for and your feedback enables us to make justified adjustments where needed.
If product is received that is damaged or incorrectly shipped, please notify our customer service department within 3 days of delivery. Day 1 is set as the carrier delivery day confirmation. Pictures of damage and/or mis-ship will be required. Please email all requests along with pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also contact us at (940)500-2227.
Due to the perishable nature of many of our items, returned goods will not be permitted unless requested by Wellborn 2R Ranch. If Items are requested to be returned, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. All goods must be returned in the original packaging or a comparable packaging unit. All returns must arrive back to Wellborn 2R Ranch by day 15 after delivery date.
After 5 days, at our discretion we will offer a full/partial store credit or replacement product only.
