Beef Tenderloin Tips

Our Tenderloin Tips are cut from the tapered end of whole beef tenderloins, the same muscle we use to produce our 7 to 8 oz and 5 to 6 oz filet mignons.

As we portion a whole tenderloin, the final narrowing section remains. Rather than discard it, we package those pieces as tenderloin tips.

Because they come from the tenderloin, they offer:

• Fine grain texture
• Exceptional tenderness
• Clean, consistent beef flavor

These are not trimmings from mixed cuts. They are the final section of the tenderloin itself.

Our Standards

Black Angus, all-natural with no added hormones or antibiotics, selected for USDA Prime and High Choice grades, and wet-aged 30 days. Every steak is hand cut and trimmed in the butcher shop on our ranch.

Individually wrapped & vacuum sealed to preserve freshness and integrity. Steaks are flash frozen before shipping to lock in flavor and will arrive frozen or partially thawed.

Hand Cut

Each steak is hand cut and trimmed by our butcher in the butcher shop on our ranch.

The easiest meal to make!!!

With 2R beef, you cannot go wrong with Sirloin Tips! Easy prep, simple recipe, and a crockpot!!!
Dinner is done! Unpackaged the tips, I like to cut the tips in half on a cutting board, then season the meat both sides with powdered Italian seasoning, a package of powdered ranch dressing, and a package of powdered brown gravy mix. With crockpot liners easy clean up! I take a four cup measuring cup and add three cups of water, all mixes say cold water but I use hot water to speed the heating of the crockpot up. In the three cups of water I mix a package of brown gravy and a package of Au Ju gravy mix and a whisk well, no lumps, and put that into crockpot. I space one onion and layer the bottom of crockpot and then add on can of sliced mushrooms on top of that. Then I add 2R beef tips on top of that, then another layer of onions and mushrooms!!! That simple!!!! Set crockpot to low and walk away!!! Dinner is served with rice , and steam vegetables!!!! Prep time and is15 minutes or less, you can steam the vegetables while you cook your minute rice and you will have a Wonderful meal !!!

The best

This meat is the very best. Grass fed, no GMO‘s, gently lovingly raised. The steaks are so tender that you can cut them with a fork. And in case you didn’t know Grass fed beef heals your body! Whereas other beef that are fed grains to fatten them up to get them to market and GMO feed-SO toxic to the body! God is so good to give us cattle to raise gently in the pastures.
