All-Natural Angus Beef Brisket
Our Angus brisket comes from cattle raised on our ranch without added hormones or antibiotics. Each brisket is closely trimmed and ready for the smoker, with fat cap managed so you are not paying for excess waste.
Unlike large commodity briskets that can run 15 pounds or more, our briskets reflect the cattle we raise. Because herd size and animal frame vary naturally, so does brisket size. We offer smaller, practical cuts that are easier to handle, cook more evenly, and fit standard backyard smokers without heavy trimming.
