The ribeyes are cut thick with natural marbling that delivers juiciness and flavor, whether grilled or cooked in cast iron. They are forgiving, flavorful, and ideal when you want a steak that carries the meal.
The sirloin offers a leaner option with clean texture and robust beef flavor. It grills well, sears quickly, and works just as well for weeknight dinners as it does for more deliberate meals.
All steaks are hand-cut from Texas-raised Black Angus cattle, raised on open pasture and handled with consistency from start to finish. No added hormones. No antibiotics. Proper aging and portioning ensure even cooking and dependable results.

Is your beef frozen?
Yes. To lock in peak flavor and preserve quality, we flash-freeze every cut at the perfect moment. It arrives frozen and vacuum-sealed, ready when you are.
Do you use hormones or antibiotics?
Never. Our beef is 100% all-natural—no added hormones, no antibiotics. Just real, clean beef raised the right way.
How is your beef shipped?
