This gift pack includes four tenderloin filet steaks, cut for tenderness and consistency. Filet mignon is the most delicate steak we offer, lean, fine-grained, and smooth from edge to center when cooked properly.
Each filet is hand-cut and wet aged to improve tenderness without softening the structure of the meat. Because filet is lean, precision matters. These cuts are portioned carefully to cook evenly and finish clean.

Both options are cut from the same tenderloin and handled the same way. The difference is portion size, not quality.

We go the extra mile to ensure traceability of each animal on our ranch – from birth to harvest. All of our cattle are Black Angus breed, age, and source verified, as well as Verified Natural Beef through WFCF’s high standards.
