One 2 to 3-lb All Natural Picanha Roast (Sirloin Cap)
Picanha is a cut of beef first made popular in Brazil and later adopted in Portugal. In the United States, the cut is often named top sirloin cap, rump cover, rump cap, or Coulotte.
It is triangular in shape and surrounded by a thick layer of fat called a fat cap. Because it is not an overused muscle, this cut remains beautifully tender and juicy, producing an amazing flavor when cooked.

Individually wrapped & vacuum sealed to preserve freshness and integrity. Steaks are flash frozen before shipping to lock in flavor and will arrive frozen or partially thawed.
USDA Prime or High End Choice, 100% all natural Angus steaks with no hormones, antibiotics or additives.
Each steak is hand cut and trimmed by our butcher in the butcher shop on our ranch.
