All of our beef comes straight from our ranch in Central Texas. We raise and finish our cattle with care—never outsourcing,

Is your beef frozen?
Yes. To lock in peak flavor and preserve quality, we flash-freeze every cut at the perfect moment. It arrives frozen and vacuum-sealed, ready when you are.
