The W2R Ranch House offers the perfect mix of open-air space and modern convenience. Its vaulted main room, expansive kitchen, and large outdoor patios make it ideal for groups small or large.

- 15 hours of exclusive venue access including the ranch house
- Outdoor ceremony on lawn with breathtaking views
- Large stone patio to seat 85 guests with tables. (Tables can also be put on lawn.)

- Accommodation for up to 100 guests

We believe that weddings should be beautiful and accessible without hidden fees. Our pricing reflects true operational costs and is kept below industry averages to offer real value. This allows us to include premium touches without premium pricing, ensuring every couple has an extraordinary experience without financial strain.

Weekday: $3,500
Friday: $4,000
Saturday: $4,500
Sunday: $3,500
Off-Peak Season (January, February, July, August): $500 off all rates
Required Event Insurance & Security
Event Liability Insurance $150-$200 ($1M minimum).
Security required for events with 100 guests.
