Choose your size
Choose the 7 to 8 oz filets for a more substantial steak night, or the 5 to 6 oz filets for lighter portions or refined meals. Both options are cut from the same tenderloin and handled the same way. The difference is portion size, not quality. Each filet is hand-cut and wet aged to improve tenderness without softening the structure of the meat. Because filet is lean, precision matters. These are cut and portioned carefully to cook evenly and finish clean. The included burlap keepsake bag gives the pack a simple, ranch-forward presentation that works equally well for gifting or personal use. No novelty. No extra packaging.

Cut in our own butcher shop on the ranch. All natural, 100% USA beef, grass fed and grain finished, with no antibiotics and no added hormones. Orders ship from the ranch in Henrietta, frozen and vacuum sealed in insulated packaging.

Which size should I gift?
The 7 to 8 oz for four full steak dinners. The 5 to 6 oz for lighter meals, paired courses, or smaller appetites. When in doubt, the bigger filet is the safer gift.

How does it ship, and how do I store it?
It ships frozen in insulated packaging and keeps in your freezer until the day before you cook it. Shipping is free on orders of $249 or more, and on orders of $149.99 or more in Texas and Oklahoma.
